Kush Arora has been sculpting his own special take on bass heavy, Indian influenced dance-hall/ dubstep here in San Francisco and beyond for the past decade. He is a member of the Surya Dub Crew which has consistently been at the center of dread bass, dubstep, and electronica culture, winning best club night in SF two years in a row. Kush has just released his new one,“The Dread Bass Chronicles” which features an impressive supporting cast of fine MC’s like Warrior Queen, Juakali, MC Zulu and Bongo Chilli- and he's been nice enough to let us share a track with you all. Jamaica and India come crashing together on this tune, cemented by the all mighty "thump" of body rocking bass.
